Pune Hosts the GCWCN 2025 Conference Highlighting Innovations in AI and IoT

Chief Executive Officer

Pune recently hosted the Global Conference on Wireless, Computing & Networking (GCWCN 2025), a global platform that highlighted cutting-edge breakthroughs in artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), quantum computing, and healthcare engineering. Held between November 22 and 23 at the Corporate Training Center of Sinhgad Institute of Technology in Lonavala, the event attracted researchers, academicians, and technology leaders from around the world.

A Stage for Emerging Technologies

Organized in a hybrid format, GCWCN 2025 brought together experts to discuss emerging trends shaping next-generation intelligent systems. The conference received 1,312 paper submissions from researchers worldwide, out of which a carefully selected number were presented across multiple technical tracks. In recognition of exceptional contributions to technological innovation, five standout papers were awarded during the closing session.

Keynote speakers included Nagarjuna Nellutla, a Site Reliability Engineer from the United States, and Balaji Krishnan, a Senior Technical Architect at Salesforce.com, USA. Their sessions provided valuable insights into evolving trends in cloud governance, threat detection, and healthcare diagnostics.

Spotlight on Groundbreaking Research

Among the highlighted papers was "Neuromorphic LLM Pipelines for Adaptive Big Data Governance Across Distributed Cloud Providers", presented by Nirmal Sajanraj, Sarvesh Peddi, Ashok Ghimire, and Pankaj Kumar Tejraj Jain. This work introduced a neuromorphic-LLM–driven approach to cloud governance, offering an adaptive architecture for resilient and intelligent policy automation across distributed cloud ecosystems.

In the Cybersecurity and Quantum Computing track, Sooraj George Thomas impressed the review panel with a paper titled "Quantum-Federated Threat Detection in Multi-Cloud Data Lakes: A Zero-Trust Security Approach." The proposed zero-trust framework integrates quantum-resilient models to improve threat detection across multi-cloud environments.

The Secure AI & Distributed Learning track featured an innovative paper by Priya Ranjan Kumar, Balaje Prasath Manoharan, and Piyush Ranjan. Their work on "Quantum-Federated Learning for Cybersecurity: Secure Threat Detection and Response Using Multi-Cloud Data Lakes" highlighted a federated learning framework that enhances cybersecurity while ensuring data sovereignty within distributed cloud platforms.

Innovations Driving IoT and Healthcare

IoT’s potential for transforming industries was also on display. Hemant Soni, Balakumar Ravindranath Kunthu, Tarun Vishwanath Chincholi, and Rishiraj Kohli authored "RAG-Driven IoT Sensor Analytics: Real-Time Data Engineering for Predictive Maintenance in Hybrid Cloud Environments." This paper described a retrieval-augmented IoT analytics pipeline that enables precise predictive maintenance across hybrid cloud infrastructures.

In the Healthcare AI & Biomedical Engineering track, Sai Pavan Veluguri was recognized for his paper "AI-Enhanced Multimodal Framework for Early Diagnosis of Neuro-Cardiac Disorders." This research integrates multimodal biosignals with AI analysis to support the early detection and clinical management of neuro-cardiac conditions.

A Hub for Global Collaboration

The organizing committee emphasized that GCWCN 2025 showcased Pune’s growing reputation as a regional hub for technological innovation. By fostering collaboration and showcasing groundbreaking research, the conference offered an invaluable platform for knowledge exchange among global experts.
